At Gemini Power Training's facility, we'll work out a specialised programme for you using Static Contraction Training (SCT) and Simulated Altitude Training (SAT) which will dramatically cut the amount of time you need to spend at the gym.

Static Contraction Training (SCT), an efficient muscle-building process, takes about quarter of the time, and produces better results. You will build lean muscle mass, burn fat, define and tone your body, and be fitter and healthier, still leaving time in the week for the rest of your life.

There is reduced risk of injury during SCT. Conventional gym workouts encourage you to lift heavy weights, often before you are physically strong enough. With SCT you work in your strongest range of motion, at the level you are able to, which is displayed on a meter. Each exercise is performed only once.

To build muscle, you need to provide your body with what it needs to perform that task - rest between workouts, increased nutrients (especially protein) and oxygen to the muscles.

This is where the Simulated Altitude Training (SAT) comes in. SAT assists with the transportation of the nutrients to the muscles. It stimulates the production of red blood cells, responsible for carrying nutrients and oxygen through the body.

SAT assists the muscle growth generated by SCT. The benefits of SAT are far-reaching. For business people, athletes, and the general public, these benefits are well documented.
